If you want to make a change to the booking or add extra services to the booking, most of the times you can change this yourself via My Sunweb.
Sunweb works with fluctuating prices based on the dynamics of supply and demand. This means that the price of packages can change each day due to changes from suppliers and airlines. To see the most updated prices, please check our website.
You will be required to pay a deposit during the booking process, to confirm your confirmation. If you book a holiday within 6 weeks before departure, it is necessary that you pay the whole travel sum.
The prices listed on www.sunweb.co.uk are per person and based on standard occupancy of the accommodation. For apartments this is the occupation listed in the price table and for hotels this is on the basis of a 2-persons bedroom. The prices can fluctuate during the season. Discount for children and a discount for an extra bed can not be given together. The listed prices of these local costs are an indication and can differ from the real price. If changes occur in any of the mentioned components Sunweb has the right to calculate these costs into the total price.
The deposit consists of:
- 30% of the holiday price
- the cost of the optionally booked Premium exchange guarantee (100%)
- In case of a holiday including flights, you also pay 100% of the flight price
You will be required to pay the deposit as part of the booking process, in order to confirm your reservation. If you book a holiday within 6 weeks before departure, it is necessary that you pay the whole travel sum.
If you book a holiday, you must pay a deposit with Visa, Mastercard, Klarna or Trustly (instant bank payments) to secure your booking. You can also pay the outstanding balance with conventional online banking/bank transfers. Following your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with a 'My Sunweb' access code. In My Sunweb, you can pay any outstanding balance or check the status of your payment.
When we have received the payment we will send you the travel documents via email approximately one week prior to departure. These documents include all details regarding your journey, your address abroad, etc.
In many hotels it is possible to book a one person bedroom. You can find the prices on this website. Apartments cannot be booked by one person.
The person booking the holiday for themselves as well as any other participant included in the booking carries the main responsibility. All correspondence proceeds via the address of the party leader. Changes and cancellations need to be reported in writing by the party leader.

Most the of the time, it is possible to upgrade lift passes, add ski/board equipment along with ski lessons up to 72 hours before departure but in some cases this will not be possible. Please contact Sunweb as the conditions can change per destination and/or departure date. If you need to cancel a booking, standard cancellation policies will apply.
