Skiing in Fiesch
General information
Fiesch is not a typical place for winter sports, it is still a traditional Swiss village. Fiescheralp is world famous as the center of the "Gleitschirm and Delta flieger". A cabin lift connects Fiesch with Fiescheralp. From Kühboden there is a cabin lift to Eggishorn (2889m). Eggishorn (2926m) is the point from which you can admire the impressive Aletsch Glacier.
Great views and lively après ski
From the restaurant, on the highest point of the Eggishorn, you can not only enjoy traditional Swiss dishes such as: cheese fondue or croute au fromage, but also the fantastic views. Après-ski enthusiasts should visit the famous Steffis Kuhstall.
