The village of Veysonnaz is 1400 meters above sea level and is the most easterly village of Les Quatre Valleés. This small village has in the last few years become a very popular ski resort.
You can choose between ski passes for two areas, namely the slopes of Prinze or the extensive resort of Les Quatre Valleés.
The ski resort of Les Quatres Valleés is a varied ski area and offers fantastic skiing for both novice and experienced winter sports enthusiasts. Snowboarders will also find a half-pipe, boardercross and some fun parks.
The ski resort of Prinze is more limited and because of many surface lifts not as popular among snowboarders. If you wish to do some cross-country skiing or hiking you will find plenty of challenges in the area of Les Quatres Valleés.
In the village you can find some cosy restaurants and bars, and also some venues for a lively apres ski scene. If you would prefer to relax then you can choose to visit the Veyonnaz swimming pool or sauna.
Lesson Four Valleys is the largest ski area in Switzerland and in perfect condition. The resort consists of two parts, Printze and Televerbier. The beginners can enjoy themselves towards the areas La Tzoumaz and Verbier. The more advanced winter sports fanatics can be found on the two super-steep slopes of Mont Gele.
For off-piste possibilities you can find wide pistes in Veysonnaz and steep slopes in Verbier. The highest descent you can make starts at an altitude of 2530 meters. The Alpine descent "Piste de l'Ours' will take you to the village.
Partly due to the Mont Fort glacier the ski resort of Les Four Valleys is sure to have proper snow. In total, this is the largest ski area in Switzerland, with nearly 409 kilometers of slopes. You will really enjoy yourself here during your holiday!
