Skiing in Lenzerheide

General information

The ski village of Lenzerheide is part of the Lenzerheide - Valbella municipality in Switzerland. It is very popular amongst ski enthusiasts, as its ski area offers a great many facilities for all skill levels. This makes it a great destination for both beginner and advanced skiers and snowboarders. There are plenty of ski bus routes there, providing a good connection to the valley stations. You will have a wide choice of blue and red slopes to choose from there. The more difficult descents can be found on the 2865-metre high Rothorn, and there is also plenty to do for freeriders!

The fun doesn’t stop in the evenings in Lenzerheide. On Alp Stätz, you will find the longest illuminated evening slope (3km long) in Switzerland. If you want to stay on your skis for even longer, you can enjoy night skiing on Fridays. Part of the cross-country ski trails along the Heidsee are also lit up in the evenings, allowing you to take in the beautiful twilight views. Two illuminated toboggan runs also offer plenty of sledding fun for both young and old. After some fun in the snow under the stars, you can sit down to a bite to eat and a drink at one of the cosy mountain restaurants. To complete the evening, why not party the night away at a local nightclub? In Lenzerheide, you will be kept entertained from dawn until dusk!
