Skiing in Bardonecchia

General information

Bardonecchia is a relatively undiscovered ski area in Italy, just across the border from France. This snow-sure ski area is a great destination for both beginners and advanced skiers.

Bardonecchia consists of four different subareas. Campo Smith, Les Arnauds, and Melezet are connected to each other on one side of Bardonecchia, and Jafferau is on the other side. Together they include 100km of slopes, including 54km of blue slopes, 38km of red slopes, and 8km of black slopes. You will find the most challenging slopes in Jaffreau, an ideal spot for advanced skiers. Snowboard fanatics can enjoy the large snowpark in Melezet, which features 3.5km of slopes for freestylers, a half pipe, boxes, rails, kickers, and more. In 2006, this snowpark had the honour of hosting part of the Winter Olympic Games! With the ski pass included in your Sunweb holiday package, you can discover all of Bardonecchia.

After a long day on your skis or snowboard, you can sit down to a delicious meal and a refreshing drink at one of the lovely terraces by the slopes. Don’t miss out on trying authentic Italian cuisine at an affordable price. Searching for the perfect accommodation in Bardonecchia?
