Montchavin

Ski holidays in Montchavin, France take place at an altitude of 1250m in the vast ski area of Paradiski. It is originally an old farming village and still maintains an authentic, historic French ambience.

When skiing in Montchavin, you will notice that most of the accommodations are built in a traditional chalet style and you won’t find any high rise buildings within the streets in the centre. There are instead many narrow streets, quaint squares and cheap shops which help to create a unique winter atmosphere.

Skiing in Montchavin

Ski holidays in Montchain are the perfect ski holiday for those looking for the benefits of a large, modern ski area while staying in a small, quieter charming village. The village itself has its own range of slopes, however, with just a short ride on one of the ski lifts, you can access the area of La Plagne and Les Arcs.

A must for any adventurer on a ski holiday in Montchavin is the beautiful 10km descent Roche de Mio which finishes in the village.

La Plagne

Skiing in La Plagne takes place in a modern ski area which is part of the Paradiski Region, consisting of the 4 different ski destinations La Plagne, Champagny en Vanoise, Les Coches and Montchavin. The highest point of this ski area is approximately 3250 meters, which means that a La Plagne ski holiday is very often a snow-sure ski holiday.

Skiing in La Plagne

This makes skiing in La Plagne so enjoyable and diverse, and for those who want to challenge themselves on a long run, there is a 15km run in the ski area.

Although skiing in La Plagne offers enough within itself, be sure to check out the lift pass for the Paradiski region, which will you offer much more to your La Plagne ski holiday.
