La Tania

At an altitude of 1350 meters in the vast ski area of Les Trois Vallées you will find La Tania. The relatively new, but cosy timbered mountain village is situated between Courchevel and Meribel. The car-free village consists of ten larger apartment buildings and detached chalets. This village was built in a unique way that meets most skiers’ and snow boarders’ wishes. Most apartments and chalets are situated on or adjacent to the pistes. After a wholesome breakfast, you can pop on your skis and glide onto the pistes, and at the end of your day you ski back to your doorstep.

Today, La Tania has managed to maintain its modest size in the heart of the world's largest ski area. The child-friendly village is ideal for families and provides lots of tranquility. There are a number of fine restaurants and bars where you can go for a drink and a snack, and for those who would like some more après-ski fun, you can also go to Meribel.

Skiing in La Tania

The ski resort of La Tania covers about 150 kilometres of runs. However, if you prefer a larger ski area, you can always upgrade your lift pass to the whole region of Les Trois Vallées, which covers up to 600 kilometres of slopes. The highest point in this ski region is 3230 meters and for those who enjoy cross country skiing, there is approximately 132 km of cross country tracks which can be explored.
