By participating, the participant agrees to the content of these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions apply to the promotion organised by Rotterdam Leisure Holding B.V. for the giveaway “Win a ski Holiday to Stöten” (hereinafter referred to as "the promotion").
The promotion is valid for a ski holiday for the winter season 2024-2025. No costs other than usual communication costs apply to this promotion.
Participation takes place by subscribing to the ski newsletter from Sunweb.
The newsletters are sent by Sunweb Group. Sunweb sends a newsletter once a week with inspirational content, sales promotions, and destinations.
There is one prize. The prize includes 7 nights (8 days) for 2 people on a Bed & Breakfast option at Stöten Ski Hotel in Stöten, Sweden. The ANVR traveller conditions and Sunweb's general terms and conditions apply to the execution of the prize. Sunweb will handle the withholding and declaration of gambling tax.
Accommodation (B&B), flights t/r Heathrow airport, a 6-day lift pass and ski rental (Bronze) are included in the prize. Other additional costs are not included.
The 8-day stay will take place on 09.03-16.03 2025 or 16.03-23.03 2025, subject to the condition that travel can be carried out.
The winner of this promotion will be chosen on 1nd of November 2024 by Sunweb through random selection.
The winner will be personally notified via email on the 2nd of November 2024.
The participant agrees that their name may be mentioned on social media.
The winning participant must respond within one week after being notified that they are the winner in order to claim the prize.
Employees of Sunweb Group are excluded from participation.
The participant automatically grants permission for the publication of the entry and the execution of the prize in the broadest sense of the word, including but not limited to, the use for all possible media, including the internet and weekly newsletter, for an indefinite period of time.
Participation in this promotion and competing for the prize is only possible if the participant provides their correct details. Sunweb reserves the right at any time to ask a participant to show a copy of a valid identification document.
Minors under 18 years of age may only participate and/or receive the prize with the (upon first request to be provided) permission of their representatives.
Sunweb reserves the right to exclude participants from the promotion or the prize at any time if it believes that the participant has violated one or more participation conditions, provided incorrect or incomplete information, or otherwise acted legally impermissibly.
The prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable for cash. The prize can only be transferred with prior approval from Sunweb, and additional (financial) conditions may apply.
