By participating, the participant agrees to the content of these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions apply to the promotion organised by Rotterdam Leisure Holding B.V. (hereafter ‘Sunweb’) for the “Ski Holiday Giveaway with Jet2.com” (hereinafter referred to as 'the promotion').
Promotion Details:
- The promotion is valid from 15th January 2025 and runs until 24th February 2025. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.
- One winner will be selected through random selection on 25th February 2025.
Prize

The prize includes:
- Return flights for two from any Jet2.com hub in the UK to Geneva.
- Transfers between Geneva Airport and the accommodation.
- Seven nights' accommodation for two at the 4-star CGH Alpaga in La Toussuire, Les Sybelles.
- Lift passes and ski rental for two.
- The departure date is fixed for 15th March 2025; no alternative dates are available.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.
Participation

Participants must be legal residents of the United Kingdom and at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
- Employees of Sunweb Group GmbH, Jet2.com, CGH, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to participate.

- Participants must complete the entry form by providing their full name and a valid email address.
- Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.
Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period.
- The winner will be notified via the email address provided during entry in the week commencing 24th February 2025.
- If the winner does not respond within seven days of the notification email, Sunweb reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
- By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to have their name mentioned on Sunweb's social media and newsletter.
- Sunweb reserves the right to exclude participants from the promotion or the prize at any time if it believes that the participant has violated one or more participation conditions, provided incorrect or incomplete information, or otherwise acted legally impermissibly.
Conditions
- The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.
- If the trip cannot take place due to special circumstances, no compensation or replacement will be provided.
- The prize can only be transferred with prior approval from Sunweb, and additional (financial) conditions may apply.
- Participants must provide correct details upon sign-up. Sunweb reserves the right to request valid identification to verify eligibility.
- Employees of Sunweb Group are excluded from participation.
- These terms and conditions and the result are not subject to discussion.
- Printing, spelling, typesetting or similar errors cannot be relied on and in no way constitute an obligation for Sunweb.
Liability and Privacy
- Sunweb is not responsible for any damages arising from participation or issues related to the promotion.
- Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and other auxiliaries and/or third parties engaged by Sunweb are not liable for damage of any kind arising from participation in this offer.
- Sunweb prioritises your privacy and processes your data in accordance with our Privacy Statement.
Miscellaneous
- Sunweb reserves the right to modify or discontinue the promotion without prior notice.
- Any disputes related to the promotion will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in Rotterdam and are governed by Dutch law.
