At the traditional Gasthof Hoppeter, the friendly staff will make sure that you will want for nothing. The spacious rooms, the service, and the beautiful surroundings, will all make you feel right at home there.
The nearest slope is only 500 metres away and the ski lift is 1 kilometre away. A ski bus stops right next to the hotel and can get you to the gondola quickly each morning. After a long day in the snow, you can enjoy a refreshing après-ski drink in the cosy stube at Gasthof Hoppeter.
The lovely ski village of Fügen is located at the start of the Zillertal valley, just 9 kilometres from the motorway to Innsbruck. The Spieljoch gondola runs from the west side of Fügen and climbs 1200 metres in altitude to provide a connection to the Spieljoch ski area. There, you can enjoy beautiful, often sunny slopes.
Childcare is available and you will find the practice slope and a 2-kilometre-long toboggan run in the village. Both the slopes and the practice slope are equipped with a number of snow cannons, so you can still enjoy this area during the early and late season. For snowboarders, there is a fun park and excellent off-piste opportunities. After an active day on skis, you can have a great time in one of Fügen's cosy bars or nightclubs, such as Nightzone. You will also find a number of great restaurants in Fügen. To stay active after skiing, you can visit one of the two natural ice rinks or the toboggan runs.
The Hochzillertal-Hochfügen ski area is located in one of the most beautiful valleys in Austria, the Zillertal. It is one of the most popular ski areas, and it is accessible from both Fügen and Kaltenbach. It offers almost 100km of slopes and features modern ski lifts, high slopes, and cosy mountain huts.
Due to its favourable location in terms of snowfall, the ski season runs until the beginning of May there. Hochfügen is particularly snow-sure. This area has something to offer everyone, from beginners to advanced skiers, with approximately 80 kilometres of slopes in total. The valley slopes will be a challenge for novice skiers, but you can of course also take the gondola down. Higher up, there are some blue practice slopes for novice ski enthusiasts.
You can use the same ski pass for Fügen-Spieljoch and Hochfügen, which are not connected to each other. Hochfügen and Hochzillertal are connected to each other via an eight-person ski lift, the Wedelexpress, giving you a total of 166 kilometres of slopes to enjoy. With the Zillertaler Super Ski pass, you can not only ski in all three of areas, but also in Ski Zillertal 3000, the Hintertuxer Glacier, and the Zillertal Arena.
If you book a ski holiday with Sunweb to Fügen, your ski pass will always be included. In addition to Hochzillertal, you can also visit Zillertal Arena & Zillertal 3000 with this ski pass.
