The luxurious Hotel Milderer Hof is located in Neustift, Tyrolean Stubai Valley. Neustift is a quiet, authentic village in the heart of the Stubaital Valley, Austria. Due to its proximity to the Stubai Glacier, Neustift is the most popular and most visited place in the Stubaital. It is the ideal base for skiing both cross-country and on the glacier, and its winter season lasts all the way from October until June. In the cosy centre of Neustift, you will find several excellent shops, restaurants, and bars.
A ski pass for Stubaital Valley is included in your ski holiday package. You can also use this pass to access the ski buses, the Hop-on Hop-off bus in the centre, no less than 22 attractions, and three swimming pools. For example, you can ski on the Stubai Glacier in the morning, cycle through the city in the afternoon, and go tobogganing in the evening!

Snow chains are obligatory in the Alps. You need a toll permit for the motorways in Austria. You can buy the permit at the AA in the UK or in Austria at the major border crossings. The European Commission advises you to wear a safety reflector jacket in the event of a break down or accident. This vest can be purchased from the AA in the UK as well.

Ski passes for children born after 01/01/2017 are free. Children born between 01/01/2006 - 31/12/2016, and seniors born before 31/12/1959, will receive a discount on their ski pass. These discounts can be found in the calculation of your travel sum. Identification is required when collecting your ski pass.
Any surcharges and discounts are only valid upon booking. Other rates are applied locally. It is not possible to redeem your ski pass on another day onsite. An extension of your ski pass can often be booked as an extra; you will find the price for this further in the booking process. A discount for “no ski pass” can also be found during the booking process.
