We only work with established, professional rental partners like Skiset and Stadium. We offer a wide range of equipment, so whatever your experience, age or terrain, we have the ski or snowboard equipment for you!
When you've pre-ordered your ski/snowboard equipment during the booking process, you collect it from the rental company at your destination. You'll find their address in your travel documents, which you will receive before your trip. You also use these documents to collect your equipment.
You can collect your ski or snowboard equipment from 17:00 on the day before your arrival. Example: If your rental starts on Friday you can get your equipment on Thursday at 17:00. You return it no later than the day before your departure, unless you choose to extend. You can cancel or change your equipment booking free of charge up to 5 days before your departure. After this, a cancellation fee applies.
If you prefer to bring your own ski boots, you can rent skis or a snowboard only, for a lower price of course.
Helmets are usually available for children up to 11 years old, however you will see in the booking steps whether it is included or not. Helmets are optional from 12 years and older, and you can rent them on site – subject to availability.
