  • On board Princess Cruises, you pay with a board pass. The board pass is also the key to your cabin. You link the board pass to your credit card or make a cash deposit at reception. Do this within 24 hours of boarding.

  • At Princess Cruises, the working language on the ship is English. Staff at reception and some crew members may also speak other languages.
  • If you need a cabin suitable for disabled people, you can search specifically for this when booking the cabin (if available).
  • Are you pregnant and would like to go on a cruise holiday? Princess Cruises welcomes all pregnant women up to 23 weeks pregnant. It is necessary that you can provide a medical certificate to show that you are still able to travel. The shipping company does this for your and your child's health.
  • Princess Cruises is an American cruise company and therefore has different age restrictions regarding the consumption of alcohol than we are used to in Europe. The age limit for drinking alcohol on board Princess Cruises is 21 years. Exceptions are cruises in the sailing waters of Europe, Australia/New Zealand, China, Singapore and South America, where you can drink alcohol from the age of 18. Cruises in Japanese ports apply an age limit of 20.

How and when do I get my cruise tickets?

To obtain your cruise tickets, guests must check-in online via the OceanReady Check-In. In this portal, you can enter your personal details, add a credit card and upload a passport photo for identification. Once you have completed the online check-in, you can download your cruise ticket.

PLEASE NOTE: Web check-in must be completed between 60 days and 24 hours before departure.
