Just like her sister ship, the Costa Luminosa, the Costa Deliziosa was inspired by the designs of cruise ships from the Spirit and Vista classes. Among other things, this means the ship offers an exceptionally large number of cabins with sea views. With room for 2,260 passengers, the ship is somewhat smaller than other ships of the Italian Costa Cruises but is in no way inferior in terms of facilities and entertainment compared to the cruise company's larger ships.
